Hosting service terms
All users must strictly follow these terms. Not knowing the terms does not exempt you from responsibility.

Prohibited on our hosting
Hosting any material that violates CIS legislation
Running unverified scripts
Running scripts that consume excessive resources or cause disruptive behavior
Hosting material that infringes copyright
Sending spam by any means
Carrying out DDoS/DoS attacks
Hosting fake or fraudulent content
Hosting any adult/erotic content

Customer obligations
Strictly follow these terms
Pay for their orders on time; otherwise the order will be cancelled
Provide accurate personal information
Notify the administration if the account is sold or ownership changes

Customer rights
Receive the full scope of services
Receive technical support within 24 hours (except in cases of force majeure)
Cancel hosting services at any time (no refund for the period already used)

Administration obligations
Inform users about changes to the terms and technical or organizational matters
Maintain order on the server hardware
Ensure the confidentiality of customers' personal data, not disclose it to third parties, and not access users' site files, databases or other data without authorization
Not keep unpaid orders for longer than 7 days
Review support ticket requests according to the support schedule

Administration obligations don't include
Installing scripts for users
Customizing servers to a customer's needs
Teaching users how to use the hosting service
Restoring backups when data is lost due to a customer's negligence
Providing technical support for issues unrelated to hosting

Administration rights
Refuse to provide service without stating a reason
Block accounts that violate these terms without providing a backup
Report the customer to law enforcement authorities if they violate CIS legislation

The administration is not liable for
Hosting downtime
Software installed on the server
Damage caused as a result of hacker attacks
